Limoyo Systems designs long-endurance unmanned aircraft for persistent observation: vertical takeoff from unprepared ground, and production and repair that happen close to the operator rather than at a distant depot.

Aircraft

Vertical takeoff. Fixed-wing endurance.

Four lift rotors take the aircraft off a clearing, a road, or a vehicle deck. In cruise, a single pusher propeller carries it on the wing, where the energy goes into staying aloft rather than hovering. The lift rotors stop and stay out of the airflow for the rest of the sortie.

System

The aircraft is half the product. The other half is producing and sustaining it.

Small unmanned aircraft are consumable. They are shot down, flown into terrain, and worn out by sand and salt. A program that can only replace them through a twelve-month procurement cycle has an availability problem, not an aircraft problem.

We are developing the airframe and the system that produces and sustains it together: a structure whose parts and spares can be made in a small shop rather than a factory, a supply chain with no single point of failure, and fleet records that show where every part came from.

Production

Tooling and fixtures a small shop can set up, so output can scale with demand rather than wait on a production line built for another program.

Sustainment

Field-replaceable structure and printed spares, so a damaged aircraft is repaired near where it operates instead of being crated and shipped back.

Supply chain

Propulsion and energy storage selected for compliance and traceability first, cost second, and documented part by part.

Scope

Unarmed by design.

Limoyo aircraft carry sensors. They do not carry weapons or munitions, and they are not built with release mechanisms or provisions to add them, in any variant, now or later.

Contact

Currently in engineering and design validation, working toward flight test.
